Timken Rings the New York Stock Exchange Opening Bell to Mark 125 Years of Innovation

Timken, a global technology leader in engineered bearings and industrial transmission, rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on December 13, 2024, celebrating the company’s 125 years of continuous development of solutions and innovation for the world in motion. On that day, President and CEO Tarak Mehta led the board of directors and company leaders to the exchange podium and presided over the bell ringing ceremony. Timken was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1922.

To celebrate its 125th anniversary, Timken held a series of commemorative events around the world this year, while increasing its global investment in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, and the New York Stock Exchange bell ringing ceremony brought the series of events to a climax.
