High-speed vertical CNC machine tool GA-GF3755 adopts high damping marble structure, which improves the overall stability of the machine tool. Equipped with a high-speed direct-drive transmission system, X-axis linear motor drive for high-speed movement – up to 100m/min, and a high-speed, high-rigidity electric spindle with a maximum speed of 20,000rpm for high-speed cutting. It also has rich automation communication interface, configured with PLC, HMI, tool magazine broken tool detection, and optional micro lubrication cooling system (MQL) to eliminate emulsion contamination and extend tool life. The second product on display was the high-speed drilling and tapping CNC machine tool GA-TV750, which has a cast-iron structure and the machine is supported by a three-point bed for high stability. Overall, the column and bed have been strengthened to increase dynamic and static rigidity, and to enhance heavy cutting and bright surface machining capability. Its high rigidity linear rail and ball screw drive enable fast traverse speeds of up to 48 m/min. The direct-junction high-speed spindle, with a maximum speed of 15,000 rpm, achieves low vibration and low thermal error. Meanwhile, GA-TV750 can be extended with automation communication interface, tool magazine broken tool detection and other configurations. It is suitable for new energy die-casting aluminium, three power aluminium box, thermal management parts, 3C industry parts processing.

The third model is vertical machining CNC machine tool GA-MV1160. this CNC machine tool adopts high performance casting one-piece T-shaped bed, large span A-shaped column, and three-point support structure of the whole machine, which makes the product high rigidity and high stability. Equipped with a high rigidity screw line rail transmission system, the maximum speed of high-speed movement up to 36m/min. Its high speed and high rigidity electric spindle, the maximum speed of 20,000rpm, can achieve high-speed cutting. This CNC machine also has a wealth of automation communication interfaces, as well as expandable HMI, tool magazine broken tool detection and other configurations. It is suitable for the machining of new energy battery tray rods, thermal management parts, shells, valve bodies, wheel hubs, casings, shrouds, motor shells, end caps and other parts.
