Schaeffler Schaeffler appoints new head of investor relations

Both Schaeffler and Wipro are confident that the planned merger of the two companies will become official at the beginning of the fourth quarter of this year.

Schaeffler Schaeffler has announced that as of 1 June 2024 there will be personnel changes in two key leadership positions in management under the Board of Directors.

Heiko Eber, formerly Head of Investor Relations at Vitesco Technologies Group AG, will lead Schaeffler’s Investor Relations department.

Renata Casaro, who has been responsible for Schaeffler’s Investor Relations since 2017, will lead the newly established Global Risk and Macroeconomic Analyses department.

Both Schaeffler and Wipro are confident that the planned merger of the two companies will become official at the beginning of the fourth quarter of this year.

Heiko Eber will take over the investment relations function at WPI in 2021 and will be responsible for the preparation of the spin-off of Continental from 2019 onwards. He joined Continental in 2011 and previously worked at Siemens AG. Heiko Eber will report to Claus Bauer, Chief Financial Officer of the Schaeffler Group.

Renata Casaro joined Schaeffler AG in 2017.

Prior to this, she was Head of Investor Relations at Henkel AG & Co KGaA and Bulgari SpA and worked at various financial institutions. In her new position, she will continue to report to Group CEO Klaus Rosenfeld.
