The morning of March 12, Ningyang County Basic Parts Industrial Park and Advanced Green Intelligent Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Plant Construction Project – 300,000 tonnes of steel wire hooded spheroidal furnace ignition run, which marks the largest domestic rolling body (steel ball) base material reforming intelligent production line ignition run.

The project customised procurement of international and domestic advanced automation CNC equipment, and Wave Group to develop an intelligent factory management system platform for steel ball, supporting AGV intelligent logistics, online and offline through the whole process of steel ball production intelligent production demonstration line. At the same time, the construction of steel ball R & D centre, inspection and testing centre, training and incubation centre, steel ball industry data centre, steel ball cloud alliance “four centres and a platform”, and strive to build “Tatsunobu rolling body materials, high quality, high performance, high precision” brand.
It is understood that Ningyang County is known as the “hometown of China’s steel ball” reputation, Ningyang (basic parts – steel ball) industrial cluster is a characteristic industrial cluster in Shandong Province.
The project provides a full range of services such as R&D and design, raw material supply, quality testing, financial support, etc. for the development of steel ball industry in Ningyang County, which extends and strengthens the characteristic industrial chain of steel balls and extends and widens the application scene.
After the project reaches production, it can achieve 300,000 tonnes of steel ball raw materials made of steel wire, 20,000 tonnes of precision steel ball production, sales revenue of 2 billion yuan, pay taxes of 180 million yuan, more than 600 people resettlement employment, to achieve economic benefits, social benefits double harvest.
