On 25th July, Ruan Zhongkui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Jingcheng Mechanical and Electrical Holding Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Jingcheng M&E”), Li Zhongbo, Deputy General Manager of Jingcheng M&E, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Beiyi Machine Tools Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Beiyi Machine Tools”) and his entourage went to Wuxi, Jiangsu Province to research and study on Daming International Holding Company Limited and to attend the opening ceremony for the commissioning of Beiyi Machine Tools’ numerical control turning and milling composite machine tools.
At the opening ceremony, speeches were delivered by Nguyen Trung Quy, Li Trung Bo, Damien International Board Chairman Chau Khac Minh and Damien International Executive Vice President Qian Li.
The successful commissioning of BeiYi machine tool XKA28120 × 200 ultra-heavy CNC gantry turning and milling machine tool weighs 1160 tonnes, can achieve the width of 12 metres, length of 20 metres, the height of 7 metres of large-scale frame parts, as well as the diameter of 12 metres of rotary parts turning and milling machining, the machine tool is equipped with the domestic advanced 3-metre stroke of the machine tool ram of a large cross-section, the machine tool configuration of the width of the table for the 11-metre table to set new BeiYi machine tool worktable manufacturing record.
The machine tool has high machining precision and good stability, and can complete five-face machining in one clamping, which solves the technical problems of machine gantry through the width of oversized, ultra-wide and ultra-heavy machine beams involved in the feed machining, and allows the customer to realise the technological sophistication of its products and high efficiency of machining process at the design end, which provides Daming Heavy Industries with a more comprehensive and advanced machining and manufacturing solution.
